Estate planning is one of those areas of the law that often requires people to ask themselves some difficult questions. Many of these questions surround our mortality, and require us to look ahead to the future and consider what will, and might, happen to us.
When we look to the future we must consider the possibility that we might lose the capabilities we have today, and might do so with little or no warning.
